Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage and mentor the recruitment team
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent
  • Use data and analytics to improve hiring efficiency and quality of hire
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job portals
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in hiring
  • Stay updated on industry trends, talent market insights, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2- 5years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Proven experience in managing a recruitment team
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree or MBA in HR (preferred)
  • Experience in employer branding and campus hiring
  • Knowledge of HR technologies and recruitment tools
  • Experience hiring across multiple functions or geographies
