• Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts

Role Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist provides operational support across recruitment processes, ensuring efficient execution, data accuracy, and a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage requisition workflows, interview scheduling, and offer coordination
• Maintain accurate candidate data within the ATS (Workday)
• Support onboarding activities and background verification processes
• Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
• Track recruitment SLAs, turnaround times, and operational metrics
