Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for Engineering, R&D, Production, Quality, Manufacturing, SCM and Corporate functions.

• Handle niche & technical hiring across defence manufacturing and engineering domains.

• Build talent pipelines through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, networking and industry mapping.

• Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers for critical positions.

• Manage sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and joining closures.

• Develop strong talent pools from Defence, Aerospace & advanced engineering companies.

• Track hiring metrics and ensure timely closure of positions.

Candidate Specifications

• Experience: 5–8 years | Location: Delhi

•Defence/Aerospace/Manufacturing recruitment experience preferred.
