Working Days - Mon to Sat
Experience: 1-4 years (Startup experience is a plus)
Key Responsibilities:
IT Recruitment:
- Understand technical job requirements from engineering/product teams
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, GitHub, and tech communities
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/tech screening (basic)
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage offer rollouts
- Hire for roles like: Full Stack Developer, React native developer, QA, Product Manager, UI/UX Designer, etc.
Non-IT Recruitment:
- Recruit for roles in operations, marketing, sales, HR, finance, and customer support
- Work with department heads to understand hiring needs and culture fit
- Design JDs and recruitment plans for non-tech roles
- Conduct reference checks and handle onboarding coordination
Requirements:- 14 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (both IT & Non-IT)
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment preferred
- Familiarity with Excel-based tracking
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job portals (Naukri, Indeed), and referrals
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple roles simultaneously
Preferred Skills:- Basic knowledge of tech stacks (JavaScript, React, Node,Python etc.) is a plus
- Experience working with founders or hiring managers directly
- Creative approaches to passive candidate sourcing
- Understanding of employer branding and startup culture
