Responsibilities:
Drive leadership hiring for management consulting roles by building strong talent pipelines and
executing targeted search strategies.
Partner closely with Practice Leaders and senior stakeholders to define role requirements and
align on hiring decisions.
Conduct market mapping, competitor intelligence, and proactive outreach to identify top
consulting talent.
Lead end-to-end search execution: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder
updates, and offer closure.
Assess candidates on consulting competenciesanalytical ability, client leadership, problem
solving, and cultural fit.
Ensure exceptional candidate experience and maintain accurate hiring reports, dashboards,
and KPIs.
Continuously improve search processes, interview structures, and evaluation frameworks.
Qualifications:
Experience working with global management consulting firms or specialized search agencies.
Understanding of consulting organization structures, career pathways, and market landscape.
Strong negotiation, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with ATS platforms, leadership assessment tools, and DEI hiring practices.
