Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Officer to manage end-to-end recruitment for our manufacturing operations. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for technical and non-technical roles while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for critical manufacturing roles
- Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and follow-ups
- Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and documentation
- Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives (if required)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes
- Experience in hiring for manufacturing or engineering roles
- Good knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
- Basic understanding of technical roles and terminology
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
