Job Description

Job Title: Junior Officer- Talent Acquisition

Department: Human Resources

Location: Chakan, Maharashtra

Experience Required: 1- 3 Years

Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Engineering / Industrial

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Officer to manage end-to-end recruitment for our manufacturing operations. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for technical and non-technical roles while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job requisition to onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for critical manufacturing roles
  • Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and follow-ups
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and joining formalities
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and documentation
  • Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives (if required)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes
  • Experience in hiring for manufacturing or engineering roles
  • Good knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of technical roles and terminology
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
