Job Title: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition

Location: Aerocity, Delhi

Role Summary

The Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition will manage end-to-end recruitment,

collaborate with Internal teams and managers, and ensure timely hiring closures while

delivering a strong candidate experience. The role involves strategic sourcing, process

adherence, and close coordination with internal teams.

Work Arrangement

Full-time role

Work from Office (Monday to Friday)

Saturdays: Permanent Work from Home

Candidate must have their own laptop

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

Manage end-to-end recruitment within defined TAT and budget

Partner with hiring managers for requirement understanding and closures

Source and screen candidates through multiple channels

Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience

Drive offer rollout, negotiation, and joining closures

Maintain recruitment reports, and trackers

Manage recruitment vendors and consultants

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and hiring metrics

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple requirements under tight timelines

Data-driven approach with high attention to detail

Qualifications & Experience

MBA / Post-graduate in HR or a relevant field

3-4 years of minimum experience in Talent Acquisition (in-house or consultancy)

Experience managing multiple roles and senior stakeholders preferred
