About the Role
We are looking for a highly energetic, target-oriented, and aggressive recruiter who is passionate about hiring and closing positions within defined timelines. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling high-volume recruitment, primarily for non-technical roles, and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical positions across various departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Ensure a continuous pipeline of quality candidates for open positions.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
- Drive recruitment activities aggressively to ensure timely closure of positions.
- Build talent pools for recurring and bulk hiring requirements.
Performance Expectations
- Conduct and coordinate a minimum of 5–6 interviews per day.
- Consistently achieve monthly hiring targets.
- Maintain strong candidate conversion ratios from screening to joining.
- Ensure quick turnaround time for all assigned requirements.
- Handle multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining hiring quality.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong expertise in hiring for non-technical roles.
- Excellent sourcing and screening skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Excellent follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience in agency recruitment or high-volume hiring environments will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving hiring targets.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment where hiring numbers and closures are key success metrics.
