About the Role

We are looking for a highly energetic, target-oriented, and aggressive recruiter who is passionate about hiring and closing positions within defined timelines. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling high-volume recruitment, primarily for non-technical roles, and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical positions across various departments.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Ensure a continuous pipeline of quality candidates for open positions.
  • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.
  • Drive recruitment activities aggressively to ensure timely closure of positions.
  • Build talent pools for recurring and bulk hiring requirements.

Performance Expectations

  • Conduct and coordinate a minimum of 5–6 interviews per day.
  • Consistently achieve monthly hiring targets.
  • Maintain strong candidate conversion ratios from screening to joining.
  • Ensure quick turnaround time for all assigned requirements.
  • Handle multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining hiring quality.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Strong expertise in hiring for non-technical roles.
  • Excellent sourcing and screening skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Target-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Excellent follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 1-2 years of recruitment experience.
  • Experience in agency recruitment or high-volume hiring environments will be an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving hiring targets.
  • Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment where hiring numbers and closures are key success metrics.

  • Number of interviews scheduled daily.
  • Monthly hiring closures.
  • Offer-to-joining ratio.
  • Time-to-fill positions.
  • Quality of hires and retention of recruited candidates.
