Work Description
This is a full-time, on-site (Work from Office) role based in Pune, as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you'll play a vital role in end-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent that aligns with PREPCA's mission and culture.
Work Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment life cycle from understanding hiring needs to onboarding selected candidates.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and professional networks.
Conduct screening calls, interviews, and candidate assessments.
Maintain and update candidate records using HRMS tools.
Work Qualifications
2+ years of experience in hiring/recruitment (preferably in B2C, EdTech, or service-based industries).
Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and Excel/HRMS tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
Proactive, target-oriented, and capable of handling multiple open positions simultaneously.
Educational Qualification
Graduation and above (MBA in HR preferred).
