Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Lead TA Team under the HR Function and
  2. Will own hiring across Hoora Technologies for all verticals
  3. Frame and implement strategies to attract talent.
  4. Deliver recruitment projects in the capacity of both IC and Team management role.
  5. Create pipeline and market mapping for all present and future role. 
  6. Manpower planning and forecasting
  7. Set TA Process and ensure TA KPIs are met
  8. Create TA Dashboard and share reports regularly with stakeholders
  9. Review and create awesome JDs for all roles across org.
  10. Ensure excellent candidate experience

Prior Experience / Background / Skills

  1. Minimum 5 years of prior experience.
  2. Ability and prior experience to deliver projects within TAT and tight budget
  3. Ability and prior experience in hiring mid to senior level roles across marketing, sales & business, tech, product, operations etc.
  4. Prior recruitment experience in startups, tech, ecommerce companies will be a better fit.
  5.  Prior experience in employer branding - TA will be an added advantage.
  6. Excellent communication, interpersonal and convincing skills. A great brand manager for talent attraction.
