Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Recruiter role based in Kakinada. The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including understanding workforce plans, drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, and maintaining talent pipelines. The role involves screening applications, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers, and supporting selection and offer processes. The recruiter will collaborate closely with leadership and HR to ensure timely hiring, a positive candidate experience, and alignment with organizational culture and staffing goals. Additional responsibilities may include maintaining recruitment metrics, supporting employer branding initiatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
• Proficiency in Hiring and Interviewing, including candidate assessment and selection in line with role requirements.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, and professional networks for sourcing and pipeline management.
• Ability to work on-site in Kakinada and manage multiple requisitions with attention to detail and timelines.
• Understanding of HR best practices, basic labor regulations, and equal employment opportunity principles.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, logistics, packaging, or related industries is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
