Job Summary

The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, stakeholder management, candidate sourcing, and hiring delivery across engineering requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source quality candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and professional networks.
- Screen and evaluate candidates against technical requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche engineering skills.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining quality.
- Provide hiring updates, market intelligence, and recruitment metrics.
- Maintain candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.
