We are seeking a proactive and highownership Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, drive strategic hiring initiatives, and partner closely with business leaders to build highperforming teams. This role requires a strong recruiter who enjoys problemsolving, market mapping, and managing the full hiring lifecycle with speed, quality, and stakeholder excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates across functions.
- Conduct detailed requirements gathering with hiring managers and convert business needs into actionable job briefs.
- Ensure outstanding candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience in endtoend recruitment across multiple functions.
- Strong expertise in active sourcing via LinkedIn, Naukri, social platforms, referrals, and networking.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong ownership and attention to detail.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment dashboards and trackers.
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday/ATS tools preferred).
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
