    Alongside an essential recruitment scope of about 10-15 hires per year, you'll own the end‑to‑end hiring process and ensure a strong experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

    Job Responsibilities

    Talent Acquisition

    Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles across multiple business units, from intake to their first day.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop compelling job postings, and align on search strategy.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct search.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates against role requirements and cultural fit, providing timely and constructive feedback.


  • People Analytics & Reporting

    Create and update HR dashboards and reports using Workday and Power BI to help provide clear information for HR and business leaders.
  • Use Workday tools like custom reports and calculated fields to pull accurate data and help build reporting solutions.
  • Monitor and track key metrics such as headcount, turnover, and engagement to help the team identify important trends.
  • Support data accuracy and process improvements by using SQL or Python to help automate and clean HR reports.


  • Basic Requirements

    Talent Acquisition:

    1–3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, either in-house or agency.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport quickly with internal stakeholders and candidates.
  • A track record of following processes and taking ownership of outcomes.


  • Analytics:

    1+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR consulting, or HR data roles.
  • Experience with Workday, Power BI, or Incorta dashboarding preferred
  • Ability to present analytics clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting recruitment processes (preferred but not required).
  • SQL / Python experience preferred.
