Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior TA Partner who can independently drive hiring for while bringing structure and ownership into the recruitment process. The role requires strong stakeholder management and the ability to handle fast-paced, volume hiring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
  • Partner with business and delivery stakeholders to drive hiring plans
  • Manage volume hiring for with speed and quality
  • Ensure strong screening quality (communication, fitment, stability)
  • Drive interview closures, offer rollouts, and joiner conversion
  • Provide market insights on hiring feasibility and compensation
  • Maintain pipeline tracking and reporting discipline

What We're Looking For

  • 6–9 years of experience in recruitment (KPO/BPO/Operations hiring preferred)
  • Strong end-to-end hiring experience, not just sourcing
  • Ability to handle stakeholders independently
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment
