Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior TA Partner who can independently drive hiring for while bringing structure and ownership into the recruitment process. The role requires strong stakeholder management and the ability to handle fast-paced, volume hiring.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Partner with business and delivery stakeholders to drive hiring plans
- Manage volume hiring for with speed and quality
- Ensure strong screening quality (communication, fitment, stability)
- Drive interview closures, offer rollouts, and joiner conversion
- Provide market insights on hiring feasibility and compensation
- Maintain pipeline tracking and reporting discipline
What We're Looking For
- 6–9 years of experience in recruitment (KPO/BPO/Operations hiring preferred)
- Strong end-to-end hiring experience, not just sourcing
- Ability to handle stakeholders independently
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment
