Purpose of the role
Hiring the best Talent for organisation requires the best recruiting minds to drive productivity and candidate engagement. As a recruiter, you will need to unlock gaps in our recruitment processes and deliver bar-raising results. In this role, you will partner closely with business teams to source, recruit and program manage to achieve aggressive hiring goals. Principal Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process, create and implement talent acquisition strategies
- Source and pipeline qualified candidates through a wide variety of channels
- Conduct compensation expectation conversations with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure closures
- Ensure a high-touch candidate experience during onboarding
- MIS & Reporting - Maintain, compile & analyze data and metrics to support business decisions
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build talent pipelines, referral generation, execute sourcing campaigns, etc.
- Maintain networks in Retail/FMCG/Logistic sectors to facilitate effective passive recruitment
Skills / Education/ Experience
- 3-6 years of prior recruiting experience preferably in Retail/FMCG/ Logistics sector
- Post Graduate is HR is preferred
- Prior experience in full life cycle talent acquisition at a fast paced corporate environment or talent acquisition agency
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines and priorities, high attention to detail
- Extensive and demonstrable experience of sourcing candidates by utilizing a variety of sourcing channels.
- Previous experience of working with ATS (applicant tracking system)
