Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and create job descriptions.
  • Utilise a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on recruitment progress and outcomes.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in the Information Technology & Logistic industry.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and industry best practices.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Talent Acquisition Partner should have:

  • Relevant educational qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in talent acquisition within the InformationTechnology sector.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes efficiently.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
