Working as part of a collaborative global Talent Acquisition team, this role combines deep market knowledge, direct sourcing expertise and trusted stakeholder partnership to attract and secure exceptional talent across multiple functions and levels of seniorit
y.
The role is responsible for building robust talent pipelines through proactive market mapping, targeted direct sourcing and effective management of inbound talent, ensuring access to the best candidates from both active and passive marke
ts.
Partnering closely with business leaders and hiring managers, the Talent Acquisition Partner provides market intelligence, advises on hiring strategy and leads an efficient, high-quality recruitment process from workforce planning through to offer accepta
nce.
