As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll play a critical role in shaping Graviton's talent landscape — connecting with some of the brightest technical and quantitative minds to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent. You'll help us build a high-performing environment where innovation thrives and our people can do their best work as Graviton continues its journey of global growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary recruitment partner for Engineering and Quant Research teams, driving end-to-end talent acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership to understand talent needs, define role requirements, and identify high-potential candidates across technical and quantitative domains.
• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent from premier institutes and global markets.
• Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience while maintaining strong employer branding.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to align talent acquisition efforts with Graviton's long-term organizational goals.

What We're Looking For:

• 4–8 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally in Tech, Engineering, or Quant domains.
• Strong sourcing skills, with expertise in LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals, and creative channels.
• Ability to build strong relationships with senior technical leaders and influence hiring decisions.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track hiring metrics and improve recruitment processes.
• Passion for finding and nurturing exceptional talent in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
