Description for Internal Candidates

Identify & recruit manpower for all the roles as per planned manpower requirements across the function
Screening, shortlisting and sourcing candidates for the given skill sets through various job sites
Design and maintain manpower requirement documents
Handle the entire recruitment lifecycle for all required positions
Using different recruitment techniques like Head hunting, cold calling, social media recruitment, recruitment website etc.
Delivery of manpower within deadline
Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc.
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
Screen candidate CVs and job applications
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
Assess applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitude
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
Act as a POC and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
