Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to understand workforce planning and hiring requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and on boarding.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies (job portals, social media, campus hiring, and headhunting).
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience while actively promoting employer branding.
- Track and report key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness) using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, labor laws, and organizational guidelines.
- Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and vendors as required.
- Manage candidate interview reimbursements, relocation support, and buyout settlements.
- Coordinate onboarding activities such as background verification (BGV), pre-employment medical checks, system access, and induction.
- Conduct proactive market and job analysis, providing insights and recommendations to business leaders
