Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer candidate pre-employment activities: employment contract preparation, background checks, and personal file management
  • Act as the first point of contact for onboarding-related queries, delivering exceptional service
  • Schedule interviews and support hiring managers and candidates throughout the process
  • Collaborate with international TA teams to migrate and optimize core activities:
  • Interview scheduling
  • Candidate management
  • Employment contract preparation
  • Reference/background checks
  • Onboarding coordination
  • Assist in recruiting system optimization and pre-boarding process improvement projects
  • Contribute to broader HR Operations initiatives and support third-party vendor administration

Skills & Experience

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages a plus
  • Higher education qualification
  • Administrative or HR operations experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a high-volume environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the HR field
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Capable of working both independently and within a collaborative team
