Purpose
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition & Operations Executive to manage recruitment for India-based positions while coordinating daily with operations teams in both the US and India. This role is critical in ensuring smooth hiring processes, aligning recruitment strategies with business needs, and supporting day-to-day operational tasks. The position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders across time zones.
Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Partner with operations teams in India and the US to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities.
- Develop hiring profiles, selection criteria, and job descriptions for India-based positions.
- Source candidates through career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and prepare candidate shortlists.
- Coordinate interview schedules with both India and US operations teams.
- Maintain recruitment records, interview notes, and documentation for stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates to management on recruitment progress and challenges.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and foster a positive employer brand.
- Collaborate with Directors and senior-level employees, requiring extraordinary coordination and professionalism.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
Operations
- Coordinate daily with the US HR team and India operations team to align recruitment with ongoing business needs.
- Support day-to-day operational tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
- Assist in workforce planning and resource allocation in collaboration with operations managers.
- Ensure smooth communication flow between HR, recruitment, and operations teams across geographies.
- Track and report on recruitment and operational KPIs to senior management.
- Contribute to process improvements in recruitment and operations coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably with exposure to cross-border or multinational hiring.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to coordinate across time zones.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience in operations coordination or HR support will be an added advantage.

- Monday to Friday
- 3:30 PM to 8:30 PM IST (Part-time, Permanent)
