About Role:
The Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist will support end-to-end recruitment operations by ensuring seamless coordination across stakeholders, vendors, candidates, and internal functions. The role requires strong operational excellence, stakeholder management, and process coordination skills to drive hiring efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage and coordinate recruitment vendors, including performance tracking, communication, and issue resolution.
● Facilitate cross-functional transactions and collaboration with HR, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Business teams.
● Coordinate legal reviews, contract processing, and onboarding documentation where required.
● Support talent sourcing activities, employee referrals through various channels and recruitment platforms.
● Manage interview scheduling, panel coordination, and candidate communications.
● Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
● Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to drive recruitment processes and provide timely updates.
● Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and process documentation to ensure operational accuracy and compliance.
● Identify opportunities for process improvements and support TA operational initiatives.
