We are looking for a dynamic and people-focused HR – Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, candidate coordination, onboarding experience, and supporting HR operations to ensure smooth employee integration into the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various departments and positions
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, references, and recruitment drives
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and maintain recruitment trackers
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Handle offer rollout, documentation, and pre-joining coordination
- Manage employee onboarding and induction processes
- Coordinate joining formalities, HR documentation, and employee records
- Assist in HR operations, employee engagement activities, and policy communication
- Maintain recruitment databases and generate hiring reports/MIS
- Support employer branding and hiring campaigns on LinkedIn and other platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR onboarding
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with LinkedIn hiring, job portals, and MS Office/Google Sheets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions simultaneously
