Job Description

Job Summary

The TA Manager is responsible for leading and managing the overall human resources function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, policy implementation, compliance, learning & development, and organizational culture initiatives. The role supports business goals by developing HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic HR Management

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Partner with leadership teams on workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for leadership and critical positions.
  • Build talent pipelines and succession planning strategies.
  • Ensure effective onboarding and employer branding initiatives.

3. Employee Relations

  • Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws.

4. Performance Management

  • Lead performance appraisal processes and goal-setting frameworks.
  • Coach managers on employee development and performance improvement plans.
  • Identify high-potential employees and leadership development opportunities.

5. Compensation & Benefits

  • Support salary benchmarking and compensation reviews.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and HR budgets.
  • Ensure payroll coordination and statutory compliance.

6. Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs and implement capability-building programs.
  • Promote leadership development and career progression initiatives.

7. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain HRMIS data accuracy and reporting.
  • Develop and update HR policies and SOPs.

8. HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze HR metrics including attrition, hiring, engagement, and productivity.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards for senior management.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
  • 8–15 years of HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems.
