We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our corporate hiring function. Role & responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Manage and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and future roles
- Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards
Preferred candidate profile:
- 7-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on corporate hiring
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
