Talent Acquisition Manager (US & Sales Hiring)

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with strong expertise in leadership hiring, US recruitment, Sales and Marketing hiring, and global talent acquisition. The role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple geographies and functions, partnering closely with business to build talent pipelines aligned with business growth plans.

Recruitment

1. Lead end-to-end recruitment for Sales positions across all levels and geographies, including the US, India, UK, and Middle East.
2. All levels for Marketing primarily for India with some roles for US/UK
3. All levels of hiring for Inside sales
4. Hiring leadership roles in US for Presales, SME's
5. All Support hiring for US i.e. HR, IT Ops, Quality, Finance etc.
6. Global Leadership hiring across Line of Services
7. Tech hiring for US

Operational

1. Stakeholder management
2. MIS/Dashboards
3. Team management
4. Coordination with US HR and Overseas HR team

Others

1. Prepare business feasibility reports for global locations, evaluating talent availability, market dynamics, cost considerations, and recruitment feasibility.
2. Market Research for RFPs rate cards for non-India locations
3. Develop and maintain a competitor mapping database aligned to the company's business offerings across target geographies.

Required Skills

1. 14+ Years of experience in International lateral hiring at all levels
2. Hands-on experience in hiring through LinkedIn for US Sales roles.
3. 5+ Years of experience in senior/leadership hiring with ability head-hunt candidates, hold interviews, present company profile, conduct HR assessment and negotiation
4. 5+ Years experience in sales and marketing hiring.
