We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager for our Tech Client to lead and scale our recruitment function within a fast-growing technology organisation. This is a senior individual contributor and team lead role, responsible for driving end-to-end hiring strategy, building high-quality candidate pipelines, and partnering closely with business leaders to attract and secure top-tier talent across technical and non-technical functions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIE
STalent Strategy & Leadershi
- pLead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a high-accountability culture
- .Design and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned to the organisation's headcount plan and business objectives
- .Partner with senior leadership and HRBPs to forecast hiring needs, define job specifications, and establish workforce planning frameworks
- .Champion employer brand initiatives and represent the organisation at industry events, career fairs, and talent networking forums
.Full-Cycle Recruitmen
- tOwn the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for critical and senior-level roles, from requisition approval through to offer acceptance
- .Develop and implement structured interview frameworks, competency-based assessment tools, and candidate evaluation rubrics
- .Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, executive search partners, and talent vendors, ensuring quality delivery and cost efficiency
- .Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates, and quality of hire
.Stakeholder Management & Advisor
- yAct as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and candidate availability
- .Provide regular reporting and insights to HR leadership on pipeline health, recruitment performance, and market trends
- .Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal governance standards
- .Collaborate with the People Operations team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience that reinforces the candidate experience journey

REQUIREMEN
TSExperience & Qualificatio
- nsMinimum 6 years of progressive talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or people management capacit
