We are hiring Manager/Sr. Manager- Talent Acquisition, with experience of 13-17 years of experience in EPC/ Infrastructure industry.
Job Location- Head Office, Mumbai
Job Responsibilities: -
A. Recruitment:
1. Develop and execute tailored recruiting plans for different locations to meet regional hiring needs.
2. Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, interview techniques, and selection criteria.
3. Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards (Naukri and LinkedIn), networking, referrals, and direct outreach to identify potential candidates.
4. Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies, consultants, and job boards.
5. Review applications to shortlist qualified candidates. Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess the candidates for fitment of the role.
6. Follow-up with shortlisted candidates for documentation process and verification.
7. Negotiate salary packages, extend offers, and manage the closing process.
8. Conduct 3rd party background verification process of shortlisted candidates and keep track.
9. Build and maintain candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
10. Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators
B. Data Management:
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
2. Preparing weekly and monthly recruitment reports and various other MIS.
3. Track, report on, and analyze recruiting KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to optimize efficiency.
C. On-Boarding:
1. Be the owner of On-Boarding process and track On-Boarding feedback from the newly joined employees.
2. Follow-up with employees for timely submission of the feedback.
3. Collate and compile the feedbacks and prepare MIS.
