About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to support end-to-end hiring across teams. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for multiple roles across departments.
- Manage job postings on portals and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the process.
- Maintain hiring trackers, ATS data, and recruitment reports.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Support offer rollouts, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Skills & Experience
- 13 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and job portals.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of ATS and recruitment metrics.
