Role Description

The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee the recruitment and selection processes to ensure the university attracts top talent that aligns with its mission and values. Responsibilities include managing full-life cycle recruiting, developing effective hiring strategies, enhancing the university's employer branding, conducting interviews, and collaborating with leadership to address staffing needs. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
  • Expertise in Hiring and Interviewing techniques
  • Strong understanding of Employer Branding to promote the university as a leading workplace
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments and adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in educational institutions preferred but not required
