About the Job Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Acquisition Manager who can independently handle large-scale hiring operations. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment, especially mass hiring, campus recruitment, vendor coordination, and online sourcing pipelines.

This role requires someone who can build strong hiring funnels, maintain relationships with colleges and hiring vendors, and grow recruitment reach through social hiring networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle hiring for multiple roles across domains.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, and training partners for campus recruitment.
  • Manage and onboard vendor partners for hiring support.
  • Create and expand digital hiring pipelines using LinkedIn, Naukri, Shine, Indeed, and other social platforms.
  • Execute bulk hiring drives, walk-ins, and virtual recruitment campaigns.
  • Maintain recruitment data, reports, trackers, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for manpower planning and onboarding.
  • Ensure smooth coordination from sourcing to final offer release.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 25 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Proven experience in mass hiring, campus hiring, and vendor management.
  • Strong sourcing experience using social media and networking platforms.
  • Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment independently.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work remotely with high accountability and productivity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in training, staffing, BFSI, EdTech or BPO hiring will be an advantage.
  • Existing network of college TPOs, bulk hiring vendors, staffing partners, and recruitment communities.
