We are looking for a Team Leader – Talent Acquisition who will lead and manage a team of recruiters, drive end-to-end recruitment delivery, and ensure high-quality hiring for client organizations. The ideal candidate should have strong people leadership, client management, and recruitment strategy experience within a staffing or recruitment consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve individual and team hiring targets
Allocate roles, responsibilities, and requisitions to team members effectively
Conduct regular team reviews, performance evaluations, and training sessions
Motivate the team to improve productivity, quality, and closure ratios
End-to-End Recruitment Delivery
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closure
Handle senior, niche, and critical positions personally when required
Ensure adherence to client SLAs, TATs, and quality benchmarks
Monitor pipeline health and recruitment metrics daily
Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as a primary point of contact for key clients
Understand client requirements, hiring plans, and business priorities
Provide regular hiring updates, market insights, and talent availability reports
Resolve client escalations and ensure high client satisfaction
Sourcing Strategy & Process Excellence
Design and implement effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
Optimize Boolean searches and ATS utilization
Drive process improvements and best recruitment practices
Ensure compliance with company policies and hiring standards
Reporting & Analytics
Track and report recruitment KPIs such as:
Closures
TAT
Interview-to-offer ratio
Offer-to-joining ratio
Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment performance reports for management
