MSP- Recruiting Manager
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor MSP sourcing team
- Create sourcing strategy for complex/volume hiring
- Ensure SLA, TAT, and quality metrics are met
- Stakeholder management with recruiters, account managers, and clients
- Market mapping, talent intelligence, and competitor analysis
- Optimize Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, X-ray search usage
- Drive diversity hiring and passive talent engagement
- Reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking
- Process improvement in the MSP delivery model
Must-Have Skills
- Strong MSP sourcing experience
- Team handling experience
- Advanced Boolean & LinkedIn Recruiter expertise
- Market research & talent mapping skills
- Stakeholder/client communication
- Understanding of APAC hiring compliance
- Data-driven mindset (reports, metrics, SLA)
