MSP- Recruiting Manager

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor MSP sourcing team
  • Create sourcing strategy for complex/volume hiring
  • Ensure SLA, TAT, and quality metrics are met
  • Stakeholder management with recruiters, account managers, and clients
  • Market mapping, talent intelligence, and competitor analysis
  • Optimize Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, X-ray search usage
  • Drive diversity hiring and passive talent engagement
  • Reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking
  • Process improvement in the MSP delivery model

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong MSP sourcing experience
  • Team handling experience
  • Advanced Boolean & LinkedIn Recruiter expertise
  • Market research & talent mapping skills
  • Stakeholder/client communication
  • Understanding of APAC hiring compliance
  • Data-driven mindset (reports, metrics, SLA)
  • Ability to handle niche & volume hiring
