Talent Acquisition Manager

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead Talent Acquisition initiatives across OCS Group India. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will oversee the corporate recruitment team, drive PAN India hiring requirements, partner with Branch HR teams, and ensure timely delivery of quality talent across functions and business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team to deliver quality hiring within agreed timelines.
• Oversee PAN India recruitment requirements across corporate offices, regional teams and business divisions.
• Collaborate with Branch HR teams and provide recruitment support whenever required.
• Manage end-to-end hiring for leadership, niche, strategic, and confidential positions.
• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and build effective hiring strategies.
• Develop and maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, hiring metrics, and talent analytics.
• Reporting to management on recruitment updates, hiring trends, actionable insights.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in any stream/ Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
• 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, with a proven track record of managing recruitment teams, bulk recruitment.
• Strong expertise in leadership hiring, stakeholder management, and recruitment operations.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment dashboards, hiring metrics, MIS reporting, and data-driven recruitment strategies.
• Preferred experience in Facilities Management, Engineering, Infrastructure, Hospitality,
• Willingness to travel occasionally based on business requirements.
