We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager at NeceSera (Saket, on-site)

At NeceSera, we're building life-wear for every you — buttery-soft, fabric-first essentials designed for real life.

As we scale aggressively, we're looking for someone to build the team that builds the brand.

This is not just a hiring role —

this is about shaping our people, culture, and organization from the ground up.

What you'll do:

• Own end-to-end hiring across functions (0→1 + scale)
• Build strong talent pipelines and close high-quality candidates
• Partner with founders and team leads on org structure & hiring plans
• Strengthen employer branding and make NeceSera a magnet for talent
• Improve onboarding, employee experience & retention initiatives
• Help design systems for performance, culture, and team growth
