Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment for lateral hiring across white-collar and grey-collar roles. The role will be responsible for managing and guiding the PAN India recruitment team, driving hiring strategies, and ensuring timely closure of positions across corporate and branch operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition Strategy
- Develop and implement TA strategies aligned with business growth and manpower planning
- Drive workforce planning in coordination with business leaders and HRBPs
- Ensure effective sourcing mix (job portals, social media, referrals, vendors, etc.)
- Build strong employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent
2. Recruitment Management
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for:
- Lateral hiring (mid to senior level roles)
- White-collar roles (Corporate, Finance, HR, Sales, Operations)
- Grey-collar roles (Supervisors, Technicians, Site-level staff)
- Monitor and ensure adherence to TAT, quality of hire, and cost efficiency
- Manage bulk/mass hiring requirements across locations
3. Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the TA team across PAN India locations
- Allocate roles, track performance, and ensure productivity of recruiters
- Conduct regular reviews, training sessions, and capability building
4. Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with business heads, regional managers, and HR teams
- Act as a strategic partner in fulfilling talent requirements
- Provide regular hiring MIS and dashboards to leadership
5. Vendor & Portal Management
- Manage recruitment partners, job portals (Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, etc.), and consultants
- Optimize vendor performance and ensure ROI-driven hiring
6. Process & Compliance
- Ensure recruitment processes are aligned with internal policies and audit requirements
- Maintain proper documentation, approvals (MRF), and compliance standards
- Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and systems
7. Data & Reporting
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics:
- Time to Hire
- Cost per Hire
- Offer-to-Join ratio
- Source effectiveness
- Present actionable insights to management
Key Requirements
- Experience: 8–12 years in Talent Acquisition, preferably in Facility Management / Staffing / Service Industry
- Proven experience in handling white-collar and grey-collar hiring
- Strong exposure to team handling and PAN India recruitment
- Experience in bulk hiring and lateral recruitment strategies
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS, and job portals
