Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Manager role based in Vijayawada. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing employer branding strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key responsibilities include managing hiring pipelines, collaborating with Corporate office to understand staffing needs, conducting interviews, and identifying talents to meet organizational goals. The role also involves implementing recruitment best practices, tracking metrics, and contributing to strategic workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates
- Strong skills in Interviewing and Recruiting, with the ability to evaluate candidates effectively and assess cultural fit
- Proficiency in Employer Branding, with the ability to enhance the company's reputation as a top employer
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the financial services or NBFC sector is a plus
