industry globally. We are just not trying to organize but disrupt the industry completely using technology and process - creating the playbook for the industry.

  • Indian real estate is earmarked to be a $650 billion market in 2025 and a $1 trillion worth sector in 2030. With 85%+ construction still unorganized in India, Brick&Bolt is on a path to capture the massive and super-broken market using our technology and processes
  • Expanding to more than 12 cities in 15 months. With the Series A2 round, Brick&Bolt has raised a total of $16 million. Earlier Sequoia Surge, Fundamental, HDFC Capital Advisors Limited and Stride Ventures have invested in Brick&Bolt. In Jan 2023, we raised Series A2 Funding of $10million from Accel and Celesta Capital.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end hiring strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. This role requires expertise in bulk hiring, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to lead and scale recruitment teams while building robust talent pipelines.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive strategic hiring plans aligned with business goals in a high-growth startup environment
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and delivery against hiring targets
  • Own and execute bulk hiring initiatives across multiple functions and geographies
  • Partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to understand workforce needs and translate them into actionable hiring plans
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and market intelligence
  • Identify and engage passive candidates through networking, research, and innovative sourcing strategies
  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience across all touchpoints
  • Drive offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires
  • Leverage recruitment analytics and data insights to improve hiring efficiency, quality, and turnaround time
  • Continuously optimize recruitment processes to meet the demands of a fast-paced and evolving environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 5 - 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with significant exposure to bulk hiring in startup or high-growth environments
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling recruitment teams
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume hiring under tight timelines
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment strategies, talent mapping, and workforce planning
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
  • Experience with recruitment metrics, analytics, and data-driven hiring approaches
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
