About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end hiring strategies in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. This role requires expertise in bulk hiring, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to lead and scale recruitment teams while building robust talent pipelines.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and drive strategic hiring plans aligned with business goals in a high-growth startup environment
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and delivery against hiring targets
- Own and execute bulk hiring initiatives across multiple functions and geographies
- Partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to understand workforce needs and translate them into actionable hiring plans
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, talent mapping, and market intelligence
- Identify and engage passive candidates through networking, research, and innovative sourcing strategies
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience across all touchpoints
- Drive offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding for new hires
- Leverage recruitment analytics and data insights to improve hiring efficiency, quality, and turnaround time
- Continuously optimize recruitment processes to meet the demands of a fast-paced and evolving environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 5 - 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with significant exposure to bulk hiring in startup or high-growth environments
- Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling recruitment teams
- Strong experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume hiring under tight timelines
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent understanding of recruitment strategies, talent mapping, and workforce planning
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
- Experience with recruitment metrics, analytics, and data-driven hiring approaches
- Self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
