Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional from the Oil & sector to lead end-to-end recruitment initiatives for our corporate office and operational locations. The ideal candidate should possess strong domain understanding, stakeholder management capabilities, and expertise in hiring across technical, engineering, commercial, and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition for corporate and site positions
• Partner with HOD's for manpower planning and workforce requirements
• Drive recruitment through portals, consultants, referrals, and networking channels
• Ensure timely hiring within defined TAT and budget targets
• Handle stakeholder coordination, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations
• Build talent pipelines for critical and niche roles
• Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring analytics
• Ensure smooth On-boarding and joining coordination
• Manage recruitment vendors and external hiring partners
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and HR governance processes

Educational Qualification:

• MBA / MSW in Human Resources

Location Preference:

Candidates currently based in Chennai or willing to relocate to Chennai will be preferred.
