We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to take full ownership of BPMS recruitment and lead a high-performing talent acquisition function. This role demands strong leadership, accountability, and deep expertise in performance management and competency frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end ownership of BPMS recruitment

Drive, mentor, and hold recruiters accountable for results

Define KRAs and implement a structured Performance Management System

Build and execute recruitment strategies to meet business needs

Ensure hiring quality and process excellence

Partner with leadership to align talent acquisition with business goals

What We're Looking For:

Graduation is a must

810 years of recruitment experience (BPMS domain expertise preferred)

Strong leadership and team management skills

Experience with Performance Management Systems & KRA setting

Proven ability to drive results with accountability

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
