Company Description
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition Partner who will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment for critical roles across tech, product, data, and operations functions. The ideal candidate will have experience hiring for startups or product companies in connected mobility, logistics, or telematics (e.g., Fleetx, Intangles, Sensel, Loconav, Wheeleye, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from understanding business needs and defining role requirements to sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent.
- Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing across multiple channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, AngelList, etc.).
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to design hiring strategies aligned with organizational growth.
- Drive data-driven hiring decisions by maintaining accurate dashboards, metrics, and insights.
- Represent the NewCo brand as an employer of choice, focusing on candidate experience and engagement.
- Collaborate with external agencies or networks when required, while optimizing for speed and quality of hires.
- Lead or contribute to talent branding and campus outreach initiatives.
- Stay updated on market intelligence, compensation trends, and competitive hiring patterns in the mobility tech domain.
