Senior Manager Talent Acquisition based out of Corporate Office @ Ahm (GJ)

Company: Jyoti Resins & Adhesives Limited (Euro Adhesives)

Location: Ahmedabad (National Hiring Responsibility)

Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Experience: 812 years

Location: Ahmedabad

Role Overview

The Senior Manager Talent Acquisition will be responsible for building a strong leadership pipeline for Jyoti Resins & Adhesives Limited by attracting, assessing, and onboarding high-quality leadershipand critical talent across India.

This role requires exceptional communication, persuasion, and stakeholder management skills toengage senior candidates and influence business leaders, ensuring the right talent joins theorganization at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leadership & Critical Role Hiring

Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-senior management and leadership positions across: o Sales & Marketing

o Manufacturing & Operations

o Finance, HR, and Corporate functions

Work closely with the COO, MD, and Business Heads to understand business priorities andfuture talent needs.

Translate business plans into annual and long-term hiring strategies.

2. Communication, Persuasion & Candidate Engagement

Act as a key spokesperson for the employer brand while engaging with senior-levelcandidates.

Clearly articulate Euro Adhesives vision, culture, growth roadmap, and leadershipphilosophy.

Use strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close leadership candidates. Manage candidate concerns related to compensation, relocation, role clarity, and careergrowth.

3. Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Partnership

Serve as a trusted talent advisor to senior leadership.

Challenge role requirements and compensation structures constructively using marketinsights.

Ensure hiring decisions balance capability, cultural fit, and long-term potential.

4. National Talent Mapping & Pipeline Creation

Conduct national-level talent mapping for key leadership roles.

Build and maintain a ready pipeline for critical positions.

Track competitor hiring trends, talent movement, and compensation benchmarks.

5. Employer Branding & Market Positioning

Strengthen Jyoti Resins employer brand on LinkedIn and other platforms. Collaborate with Marketing and Corporate teams to enhance visibility and messaging. Position Euro Adhesives as a preferred employer for leadership talent.

6. Recruitment Process Excellence

Design and implement structured recruitment frameworks:

o Competency-based interviews

o Leadership assessment models

o Culture-fit evaluation

Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience.

Maintain confidentiality for sensitive and leadership hiring.

7. Metrics, Reporting & Governance

Track and report key TA metrics:

o Time-to-hire

o Offer acceptance ratio

o Quality of hire

o Leadership retention

Prepare dashboards and hiring updates for the COO and leadership team. Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies and ethical standards.

Exposure to manufacturing, FMCG, building materials, chemicals, or consumer-drivenorganizations preferred.

Experience working with CXOs, promoters, or senior leadership teams is an advantage.
