Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts for Research & Development roles at Enzene Biosciences. This role requires a deep understanding of the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on attracting top-tier scientific talent. The incumbent will collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to build a robust talent pipeline and ensure a seamless hiring experience. Additionally, the role will extend support to the overall Talent Acquisition function, including leadership hiring, Manufacturing (MFG), and Corporate roles as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for R&D positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Strategic Talent Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates through job portals, networking events, industry forums, and social media platforms.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with R&D leadership, hiring managers to understand hiring needs and drive an efficient recruitment process.
- Employer Branding: Strengthen Enzene's employer brand by engaging with the scientific community, participating in biotech and pharma industry conferences, and leveraging digital platforms.
- Campus Hiring: Collaborate with academic institutions and universities to build a strong pipeline of early-career talent for R&D roles.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and compensation benchmarking for R&D professionals.
- Process Optimization: Enhance recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver an outstanding candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, timely feedback, and a professional recruitment approach.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Promote diversity hiring strategies to build an inclusive workforce.
- Extended Support: Assist in the overall Talent Acquisition function, including leadership hiring, Manufacturing (MFG), and Corporate roles as needed.
- Maintaining Candidate Pipeline: Continuously build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for critical roles.
- Recruitment Reporting: Create and maintain recruitment reports, providing insights on hiring trends, pipeline health, and process efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on R&D hiring in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry.
- Proven ability to source, engage, and recruit scientific talent, including PhD and postdoctoral candidates.
- Strong understanding of scientific disciplines, research methodologies, and regulatory requirements in the biotech sector.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Experience in employer branding, university collaborations, and diversity hiring initiatives.
