Job Purpose:
Lead Talent Acquisition for Real Estate / EPC Projects by delivering timely and high-quality hiring for technical, project, and corporate roles, with strong execution and stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Partner with Project Heads, Business Heads, and HODs to plan and deliver the annual manpower plan across projects and HO functions, track quarterly against approved budgets
- Drive end-to-end hiring for roles across Project Management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define role requirements and create clear, market-aligned job descriptions
- Build strong talent pipelines for critical and niche roles.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including referrals, job portals, industry networks, vendors, and passive headhunting
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—screening, technical coordination, client/stakeholder interviews, offer negotiation, and closure
- Ensure high offer-to-join conversion through proactive candidate engagement, especially for site-based and remote project roles
- Deliver a seamless candidate experience from interview through onboarding, including mobilization for project sites
Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
- Work closely with business leaders to meet aggressive project timelines and ramp-up requirements
- Ensure cost-effective hiring while maintaining quality benchmarks
Metrics & Governance:
- Track and report key hiring metrics: time-to-hire, cost vs budget, hire-to-join ratio, quality of hire, and stakeholder satisfaction
- Conduct periodic recruitment audits to ensure process adherence and continuous improvement
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of Real Estate / EPC / Construction hiring
- Expertise in hiring for technical and site-based roles across project lifecycles
- Strong network within construction, contracting talent pools
- Ability to assess technical roles in collaboration with business teams

Experience:
10 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with significant exposure to Real Estate / EPC.
