About the Role

LatinumHR is looking for a Team Lead / Delivery Manager with experience building and managing recruitment teams within a recruitment agency. The role involves leading recruitment delivery, ensuring timely and quality hiring outcomes, and managing client relationships.

We are looking for someone who can set up a capable team, establish clear recruitment processes, and take ownership of client requirements from intake through candidate joining. LatinumHR specialises in mid-to-senior-level recruitment across industries including IT, Cybersecurity, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Semiconductor, and BFSI.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, onboard, and manage a team of recruiters aligned with client requirements and business priorities.
• Own recruitment delivery across assigned accounts, ensuring quality submissions and timely closures.
• Understand client hiring needs and translate them into clear sourcing strategies and team priorities.
• Allocate requirements, set targets, review pipelines, and monitor recruiter performance.
• Coach recruiters on sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, and offer-to-joining follow-up.
• Manage client relationships, provide regular progress updates, and address delivery concerns.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and resolve bottlenecks with clients and candidates.
• Establish consistent processes for requirement tracking, reporting, and recruitment quality.
• Track key metrics such as submission quality, interview conversions, closures, time to fill, and joining ratios.
• Work with the business development team to align client commitments with delivery capacity.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring and difficult-to-fill roles.
• Maintain candidate engagement through joining and help minimise offer dropouts.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Team Lead or Delivery Manager within a recruitment agency.
• Experience hiring, setting up, and managing a team of recruiters.
• A track record of delivering permanent recruitment mandates and achieving team targets.
• Strong client management experience, including requirement discussions, delivery reviews, and escalation handling.
• Hands-on knowledge of sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and candidate follow-up.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritise competing requirements.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms, LinkedIn sourcing, job portals, and applicant tracking systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
• Ability to lead and monitor a remote team effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience recruiting for mid-to-senior-level positions.
• Exposure to one or more of LatinumHR's focus industries.
• Experience establishing recruitment processes and improving team productivity and delivery quality.

Work Arrangement

Candidates based in Mumbai or Pune are preferred. The role can be remote, with availability for client and team meetings as required.
