Responsibilities, aka, what we'd like you to deliver

  • Brand / Category / Growth Hiring: Manage and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for entry level, mid-senior to leadership roles across the our key BUs like Business, Growth, Brand etc.
  • Market Mapping & Research: Conduct comprehensive market mapping and research to identify target companies, industries, and potential talent pools. Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and talent trends
  • Candidate Pipeline Development: Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for current and future leadership needs, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified individuals
  • Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition strategies and best practices
  • Influencing Hiring Decisions: Effectively communicate candidate profiles, insights, and recommendations to influence hiring decisions and ensure the selection of high-caliber talent

Are you who we're searching for

  • 2+ years of experience with fast paced consumer-tech organizations, managing and executing end-to-end recruitment processes (non tech recruitment experience is preferred)
  • Strong reporting and data management capabilities and experience working with microsoft excel, google sheets and various ATS tools
  • Strong understanding of Indian startup ecosystem and ability to hold conversations with candidates across different experience levels
  • Outstanding knowledge on market mapping, research and competitive talent landscape
  • Ability to speak and understand the functional language of the leaders you interact with
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with exceptional time-management skills
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills with a keen eye on details for accuracy
