Job Description

At Codefeast, we specialize in outsourcing exceptional Indian talent to leading multinational companies (MNCs). We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing our talent acquisition team, ensuring that we consistently identify, attract, and recruit top-quality candidates to meet our clients evolving needs.

Responsibilities

  • Job Description Management: Take and understand detailed job descriptions from clients and translate them into clear, actionable requirements for the internal TA team.
  • Team Guidance: Explain job requirements thoroughly to the Talent Acquisition team to ensure they have a complete understanding of the client's needs.
  • Job Posting: Properly upload and manage job postings on various platforms to attract a wide and qualified pool of candidates.
  • Client & Candidate Communication: Proactively communicate with clients. Once a candidate's profile is approved by the internal TA team (marked as green), and with the approval of internal managers, it must be sent to the client immediately.
  • Performance Monitoring: Check the daily progress and performance of the entire TA team to ensure targets are being met and to identify any bottlenecks.
  • Availability: Be available on Slack at all times during working hours to ensure timely communication and resolution of issues.
  • Agile Work Environment: Work within an Agile methodology, participating in daily stand-ups to discuss progress, challenges, and next steps.
  • Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders, including clients and internal management, and ensure effective team management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Management role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
  • Excellent organizational and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools like Slack.
