Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manageend-to-end recruitmentfor Non-IT roles across various functions such as Operations, Sales, Finance, HR, Customer Support, etc.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop strategic hiring plans.
  • Source candidates using various platforms including job portals, social media, internal databases, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the interview process with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage candidate experience by ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Negotiate offers and manage pre-onboarding formalities in coordination with HR operations.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports regularly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitor hiring strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum4 years of experienceinNon-IT recruitmentwith hands-on exposure toend-to-end hiring.
  • Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using MS Office and ATS tools (preferred).
  • Experience in handling bulk and niche hiring across different verticals.

Exposure to employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives is a plus.
